
YUM! This hits the spot and reminds me of summertime and baseball games with a Lemon Chill. Y’all remember those? Here is the SUPER EASY recipe:
1 can of Coconut Cream
3 Limes zest and squeeze lime juice and zest limes, but don’t get the pith (the white stuff) in with your zest. The green skin is where all the flavor lives.
1/2 cup of swerve or any sweetener of your choice.
Freeze until frozen. You will need to let it thaw at least like an hour before you want to eat it. Use an ice cream scoop.
