Keto “Reese’s” Protein Cups
I used Arbonne for the protein powder.
- Silacone Baking Cups
- 1/2 Cup melted coconut oil
- 2 Scoops vegan chocolate protein powder (I think this equals 1/2 cup)
- 1/3 cup sugar free baking chocolate chips
- 1 tsp Pure vanilla extract
- 1 tsp espresso powder This helps the chocolate flavor
- 1/2-1 tbsp nut butter in each cup
- Combine chocolate chips and coconut in microwave for 30 seconds until completely melted. Combine protein powder, vanilla extract, espresso powder with coconut and chocolate chips. Pour chocolate mixture over your nut butter in your baking mold.Put in freezer or fridge.
