Keto Cardamom Zucchini Muffins

Ingredients
  

  • 2 1/2 Cups Almond Flour
  • 1.5 Zucchinis About 2 cups packed
  • 1/2 Cup Coconut Oil or butter
  • 5 eggs
  • 1 tsp Cardamom
  • 1/4 tsp All Spice
  • 1/4 Tsp Ginger
  • 1/4 tsp Nutmeg
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • 3 tsp Baking powder
  • 2 tbsp Coconut Flour
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans to sprinkle on top

Instructions
 

  • Mix all ingredients. Whisk eggs separately then add. to the mix. Spray muffin tins, add mixture to muffin tins and bake at 350 degrees F for 15-20 minutes.
