My friend gave me a recipe and I healthified it.
Gluten Free Sugar Free Pumpkin Bread
- 1 Cup Olive Oil
- 3.5 Cups King Arthur Gluten Free Flour
- 3 Cups Bocha Sweet Buy on Amazon
- 2 Cups Pumpkin I think one can of pumpkin is 2 cups
- 2 tsp Cinnamon
- 1 tsp Nutmeg
- 1 tsp Pumpkin Spice
- 4 eggs
- 2 tsp Baking Soda
- 1/3 Cup Nutpods pumpkin spice creamer you can use water if you don't have this
- 1/3 Cup Water
- 1.5 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
Mix all ingredients together. Then add to two bread loaf pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 60 minutes.
