Gluten Free Sugar Free Pumpkin Bread

Cook Time 1 hour

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Cup Olive Oil
  • 3.5 Cups King Arthur Gluten Free Flour
  • 3 Cups Bocha Sweet Buy on Amazon
  • 2 Cups Pumpkin I think one can of pumpkin is 2 cups
  • 2 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1 tsp Nutmeg
  • 1 tsp Pumpkin Spice
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 tsp Baking Soda
  • 1/3 Cup Nutpods pumpkin spice creamer you can use water if you don't have this
  • 1/3 Cup Water
  • 1.5 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract

Notes

Mix all ingredients together. Then add to two bread loaf pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 60 minutes.
