
This is a great replacement! Once you get used to eating sugar replacement type of desserts it really does satisfy my craving.
2 cups of full-fat coconut milk
Granola to add on top or in the mixture. (I made this granola from Low Carb Yum)
1/3 cup of swerve
2 tsp of Cinnamon
2 tsp of vanilla bean paste
1/4 tsp of salt
Put in the freezer for a few hours and boom! Ice cream 🙂
