  • 2/3 Cup Peanut Butter Almond Butter can be used too
  • 2/3 Cup Unsweetened Shredded Coconut
  • 1/3 cup Coconut oil, melted
  • 2 Tbsp Monkfruit/erythritol Granular sweetner
  • 2 Scoops Vanilla Protein Powder
  • 1/3 Cup Crushed Nuts Optional
  • 1/2 Cup Sugar Free Chocolate Chips Optional

Notes

Pour in 8×8 pan. Put in fridge and let harden.
