cinnamon roll mug cake

1 scoop of Arbonne cinnamon roll protein powder

1/4 cup of wheat flour or gluten free flour

1 tablespoon of monk fruit brown sugar

2 tablespoons of agave or any sticky sweetener

1 tablespoon of light butter

2 tablespoons of water

1 tablespoon of almond milk

Mix all ingredients together and put in microwave for a minute or 90 seconds. I like my cinnamon rolls to be a little gooey so I put it in the microwave for one minute.

Icing

Ice mug cake after you take out of the microwave.

1 teaspoon of swerve powdered sugar

1 teaspoon of almond milk

1/3 scoop of protein powder

Since the protein powder is super absorbent just watch it for consistency.
